Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the despatch of your order to return your purchase for a refund provided with the following condition:

  • You must provide a proof of purchase
  • Any item being returned must be unused, in its original condition (including packaging and labelling) and have all tags attached. If you use the item or remove / tamper with the tags, you will lose your right to return the goods under our returns policy.
  • Unless faulty, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on:

    • perishable items
    • jewellery to be worn in a piercing
    • items that are sealed for personal hygiene reasons where they have been unsealed
    • customisable goods
  • Delivery and return costs are not refundable. Return cost must be in expense of the buyer.
  • The above policy does not affect your statutory rights including your rights in relation to faulty goods or your right to cancel orders made online. If you wish to exercise your cancellation rights please see the "Statutory Right to Cancel" section below.

Statutory Right to Cancel:

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract or purchase with us and receive a full refund. You have 14 calendar days from the day on which you received your order/s to notify us that you wish to cancel, and you may do so by contacting us at mrshandyshop@gmail.com or contact form in our website.

If you receive the items from your order on different days, this cancellation period shall end 14 days after the day on which you receive the final item of your order. You must then return your order in full without delay by post (at your own cost and risk). All goods contained in your order must be returned in their original condition (together with all packaging and labelling) and show no signs of use or damage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods do not meet this standard. Please note that return cost must be on the expense of the buyer

If your contract/purchase is cancelled in full, we will provide you with a refund for the item(s) within 14 days of our receipt. If you have cancelled your contract/purchase and the delivery has already happened, we will not refund the delivery fee, however, if the cancellation happened prior the delivery of the item(s), you are entitled for a full refund of the item(s) prize including the delivery fee that has been charged to you. 

This right does not apply to:

  • perishable items
  • jewellery worn in a piercing
  • items that are sealed for personal hygiene reasons where they have been unsealed
  • customisable goods

HOW TO RETURN:

To return the products please follow these instructions:

  1. Please include the following information with the return:
    • Name, Billing address and a contact telephone number
    • Email address (the one you use to log on to your account with Mrs Handy Store)
    • Order number (you can get this by logging on to My Account or from your receipt)
    • A brief description of the item
    • Reason for return using the following codes:
      • Faulty
      • Incorrect item delivered
      • Arrived too late
      • Unwanted gift
      • Unsuitable
      • Doesn't fit
      • Other
  2. Repack the item as securely as possible and send it to:

Dublin, Ireland, D24RD25                                                                                                                                                            Note: You can send inquiry, comments or suggestions to this address as well.            
  3. Make sure you obtain a proof of postage (i.e. tracking number). Returns sent by post are at your own cost and risk.

HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO ARRIVE?

The refund will go back onto the original payment method and may take up to 3-5 working days. If you paid using your PayPal balance, you will be refunded back to your PayPal balance.

MY PARCEL OR ITEM(S) ARRIVED DAMAGE or FAULTY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

 Alternatively, complete the Contact Us form providing the Order Number and details of damaged item(s), including several photos of the damage.

If the item is faulty, we will issue a refund or exchange. If the item is not faulty but has suffered from excessive wear and tear, misuse, or malicious damage, we will not offer a refund.
